Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap

Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap

The Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap has been developed to offer a stylish and effective solution for selective entry control using your cat’s unique implanted microchip or unique I.D. disc. Up to 30 cats can be registered. Because entry is operated only by your cat’s unique microchip or disc, stray pets cannot enter, reducing stress for both you and your pet. Available in both brown and white to match most doors, the streamlined design maximises entrance opening space – providing easy access for your cat. The Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap can be easily installed into all doors, including metal doors, as well as glass and walls using the Cat Mate adapters and wall liners. The Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap is easy to program with the push of a single button. There is an LED indicator light which flashes when your cat’s microchip or ID disc is registered. Four good quality alkaline AA batteries are required for operation, which will last for approximately 12 months. The LED will also flash every 30 seconds to alert you when it is time to replace the batteries. Designed to be easy to use for both you and your pet, it has a transparent tinted flap, which is preferred by most cats and a rotary 4-way locking system so you have full control over whether your pets stay in or out. It also features a draft and weatherproof brush-sealed flap with magnetic closure. The Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap has a three year manufacturer’s guarantee.

  1. I bought one and from new didn't work. I got second one and same happens as first one. I can program chip on cat but then flap dosen't recognize my cat and won't open. Any ideas?

  2. Bought one now have a very annoyed cat, even bought a tag as her chip doesn't seem to work unfortunately that isn't working. Tried reprogramming but nothing seems to work. Was hoping this video would be helpful not just an advert.

  3. my one has worked & wen it does is great – keep agressive neighbourhood gangster cats out. But needs a tag as it isnt reliable from my cats chip. However it can go on the blink – far from 100% reliable
