  10. I have integrated twilio to "dialogflow", everything works correctly, but in which the bot wants to send two messages at once (one behind the other) collapses and sends nothing.

  11. I use freshsales as my crm and use twilio however a big issue i have is i dont have a way to get notified by the crm that a customer texted me if I'm not on a desktop.

How can we offer WhatsApp support for our clients and have 6 support staff have access to reply to our customers who sends us a WhatsApp?
